Milk Chocolate and coarsely ground hazelnut truffles with the addition of ground coffee, for a well-rounded, balanced flavour.
Our truffles are from our long time producer of over 20 years and are based in Piemonte, home to many hazelnuts based confections. These are sweet treats like no other, and very different from a normal perception of truffles. The hazelnuts are coarsely ground leaving them not only visible, in the soft yet crumbling texture, but giving the truffle little pearls of crunchiness in every bite.
Great to serve with coffee at the end of a meal, try crumbling over ice cream as a topping or simply just pop the jar and devour…
